Tracking shipments with DPD Courier
Change the delivery date or address
In the DPD Courier web application - https://www.dpdkuryr.cz/Home/Parcel you can adjust both the delivery date and location. If your parcel is already on its way in one of DPD's vans, the change will postpone delivery by one day.
Choose a delivery date that suits you
You can decide for yourself which day suits you for the company courier to deliver the parcel. Or choose the nearest DPD Pickup point, of which we already have nearly 1,000, where your parcel will wait for you for up to 6 days.
Track how many addresses the courier has left
On the day of delivery, you can track on the map how your parcel is approaching the delivery location. You can also track how many addresses the courier has left before arriving at your location with the parcel.
Can I pay for the parcel by card?
You will see the payment options for your specific parcel after logging into the DPD Courier app. You can pay by card at pickup points located in DPD depots.
