It may happen that the product is not compatible with your application or machine, or for some reason simply does not fit into your workshop and operations (for example, when purchasing as a natural person).

In such cases, we don't want to burden you with lengthy paperwork. We bring you a simple online form thanks to the Retino service. With this service, you have the process of returning, exchanging, or complaining about goods under control from start to finish, and most importantly, handled quickly, transparently, and without unnecessary pressure.

What information will you need when returning or complaining about goods?

* Some data is automatically pre-filled by Retino if you click through from the confirmation e-mail.

  • Order or invoice number related to the case.
  • Your name and surname (or company name and ID number).
  • Contact e-mail and phone number.
  • Information about the returned or claimed product (exact product name, reason for return, or detailed description of the defect). Ideally, we recommend attaching photo documentation of the damage, which significantly speeds up the processing.
The entire process takes place in three easy steps – "CUSTOMER", "PRODUCT", and "SUMMARY"

To complete the process in Retino, simply click the "CONFIRM" button. At that moment, your request will reach our system, and we will start attending to it immediately.

  • Return shipping: In the case of an accepted complaint or the use of our special service, we will send you a label for the return shipment of the package (e.g., via GLS or Zásilkovna) for free. Notice: For standard returns within the 14-day period (withdrawal from the contract), the customer bears the costs of return shipping according to our terms and conditions.
  • Bulky goods and compressors: If it involves bulky or heavy goods (e.g., on a pallet), or if we evaluate the situation differently, we will dispatch our service team directly to you. Therefore, always wait for our instructions on whether to send the goods or wait for the technician to arrive.
  • Warranty period: Before making a complaint, verify whether the goods are under warranty. For ordinary consumers, the warranty is 24 months. For purchases using a Company ID (companies and entrepreneurs), the warranty and liability for defects are governed by the Wholesale Terms and Conditions and the manufacturer's documentation.
  • Extended warranty: If you have an extended warranty arranged with us, we guarantee a priority and expedited resolution of problems.

If you prefer the classic paper route without an online system, you can use our PDF forms. Simply print them, fill them out, and enclose them in the package with the returned goods.
