2.5 mm nozzle set for SGHX100 APS - maximum performance for extremely dense coatings
This 2.5 mm diameter nozzle set is the largest nozzle option available for the SGHX100 APS gun, designed to work with very dense to thixotropic materials that conventional nozzles cannot effectively apply. With this kit, you can easily handle even the most demanding painting tasks where a thick, full-coverage coat must be applied in a short time.
The set includes:
- stainless steel nozzle 2,5 mm
- matching stainless steel needle
- air cap adapted for APS (Advanced Pressure System)
The 2.5 mm nozzle is suitable for:
- thixotropic and fibrous coatings
- gelcoats with fillers
- anti-corrosion and protective materials
- 2K sealants and insulation systems
- filling of moulding tools or laminate parts
The APS system allows the material to be applied at higher pressures, but still with an emphasis on spray control and overspray reduction. The result is an even, stable flow of dense material without interruption or spitting - just as the most demanding industrial applications require.
