M7 Pneumatic Impact Wrenches

Do you often need to loosen or tighten bolts and nuts? Are you working with rusted or difficult-to-disassemble threaded joints? Choose one of the pneumatic impact wrenches from the Mighty Seven (M7) brand.

How an impact wrench works

The wrench acts on the bolted joint through rotation combined with a twin-hammer impact mechanism. When loosening, the blows are directed to the left, and when tightening, to the right. Vibrations are not transmitted to the device body, so you don't have to worry about kickback.

M7 impact wrenches develop great force and are easy to handle as they are not overly heavy. For example, the NC6210 and NC6220 series for bolts and nuts up to 19 mm weigh only 2.55 kg.

What you will appreciate about M7 impact wrenches:

  • Square drive sizes – 3/8", 1/2", 1", 1.5"
  • Bolt capacities: 13 to 50 mm
  • Ergonomically shaped handle
  • Forward and reverse rotation for tightening and loosening

Available Wrench Options

In our e-shop at www.kompresory-vzduchotechnika.cz, we offer a wide range of pneumatic impact wrenches.

You can choose from small wrenches with a 3/8" square drive suitable for 13 mm bolts, up to "heavy hitters" that handle 50 mm bolts and develop a torque of up to 4,065 N.m.

How to choose an M7 Pneumatic Impact Wrench

Find the right type in the table below based on these criteria:

  • Bolt size
  • Tool reach

Bolt Size

The size of the nut or bolt the wrench can move depends on the drive size: 3/8", 1/2", 1", or 1.5".

An impact socket is mounted onto the square drive. This is a reduction piece that has a square opening on one side for the wrench and a hexagonal opening on the other. Before buying, check our Sockets section to see which sizes are available for your chosen tool. Example of a socket for a pneumatic wrench

Wrench kits with socket sets are also available:

  • NC-6113 Wrench
  • 8 standard length sockets: 26, 27, 29, 30, 32, 35, 36, 38 mm
  • 1 extension bar (178 mm)
  • 1 universal joint
  • 2 hex keys (4 and 5 mm)
  • 1 O-ring and pin
  • 1 mini oiler (1/4" BSP)
  • 1 air nipple (1/4")

Tool Reach

If you need to reach distant bolted joints, choose a wrench with an extended anvil (types ending in five: e.g., NC4215, NC6215). You can further extend the reach using extension bars.

M7 Ratchet Wrenches

For working with smaller bolted joints (up to 16 mm), pneumatic ratchet wrenches are ideal. These very lightweight tools are perfect for auto repair shops and motorcycle maintenance. They have lower torque than impact wrenches but high durability, as their gears and ball bearings are made from hardened materials.

What you will appreciate about M7 Pneumatic Ratchet Wrenches

  • Gears and ball bearings made from hardened materials.
  • Forward and reverse rotation.
  • Easy socket mounting with square drives – 1/4", 3/8", 1/2".

Socket Mounting

Ratchet wrenches end in a square drive, onto which an impact socket or extension is mounted. This is a reduction piece ending in a hexagon of the same size as the bolt or nut being handled.

M7 Pneumatic Grinders

Compressed Air Supply

To ensure pneumatic grinders serve reliably, a supply of properly treated air is necessary. The inlet air should be dry, clean (free of water and dirt), and lubricated as required. A constant inlet pressure is vital: 6.3 bar (+10%). The compressor should provide 7 bar, depending on the number of connected tools.

Safety When Working with a Grinder

Working with pneumatic grinders carries a risk of injury; please read the safety instructions on our portal.

Grinders are loud; protect your hearing. Loose clothing, hair, or straps can easily get caught in fast-rotating discs or burrs. Adjust your attire accordingly.

Protect your face and hands from burns and cuts. We recommend using a face shield.

M7 Miniature Air Die Grinders (3 mm Collet)

Small parts and tight spaces can be comfortably ground using the QA-432 miniature die grinder with a 3 mm collet. For safe operation, the hose is fitted with a spark guard.

For grinding wood, metal, or other materials, you will surely find the right size and power die grinder in the M7 range, along with 3 mm or 6 mm burrs.

Changing the Burr:

The image shows how to replace the grinding burr. Use only the wrenches supplied with the tool and turn counter-clockwise. Check the burr before use for chips or cracks. A damaged burr could disintegrate and cause injury.

Pneumatic Angle Grinders

Angle grinders (often called "flex grinders") are used for precise cutting of metal pipes and profiles, grinding welds, smoothing edges, removing paint and rust, or for cutting and grinding concrete and stone.

What you will appreciate about Angle Grinders:

  • Detachable handle
  • Safety lock-off throttle
  • Versions for 125 mm, 178 mm, and 230 mm discs
  • Front or rear exhaust options

How to choose an angle grinder?

The most important parameter is the disc size. Each grinder is designed for a specific disc size; never mount a different size, as speed ratings vary. A disc could shatter if used at inappropriate speeds.

M7 Pneumatic Orbital and Vibrating Sanders

Orbital sanders are used for sanding large wood or metal surfaces. The disc is mounted eccentrically (5 mm orbit). This prevents the sander from following the same path twice in one moment, avoiding scratches and ensuring a smooth surface.

What you will appreciate about M7 Pneumatic Orbital Sanders

  • Discs are easily attached using Hook-and-Loop (Velcro).
  • Can be operated with one hand thanks to the rubberized handle.

Vibrating Sander

You can also find vibrating (sheet) sanders in this category.

Working with a vibrating sander

Instead of a disc, you clamp rectangular sandpaper into this sander. It is used for sanding flat wood and metal surfaces. This model has no dust extraction. Thanks to the low center of gravity, you can sand surfaces evenly.
