SGH501 Spray Gun - the ultimate HVLP spray gun for demanding industrial applications
The SGH501 professional spray gun has been designed with a focus on high precision, durability and efficiency. Using HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology, it achieves a transfer efficiency of up to 65%, significantly reducing ink consumption and pollution. It is ideal for regular spraying of medium and large areas - for example in industrial production, in paint shops or when modifying large parts and structures.
The gun body is fitted with a precision-machined stainless steel nozzle and needle that guarantee long life and compatibility with a wide range of paints - including aggressive and diluted paints. PTFE (Teflon) seals ensure perfect system tightness and chemical resistance, which is crucial for frequent use in harsh environments.
The model is made in a silicon-free design, so it is also suitable for operations where absolute surface cleanliness is required (e.g. in the automotive industry or when painting plastics where silicone would cause paint defects).
The pistol is equipped with a 500 ml upper container, which will be appreciated by users for longer spraying without frequent refilling of paint. The advantage is also the 360° swivel air connection via the DN7.2 quick coupling, which prevents hose twisting and increases working comfort.
Precise control of the paint, air and beam shape allows the user to adjust the gun to the exact material and desired result.
