SGM502 spray gun - the professional solution for large-scale painting with external paint reservoir

The SGM502 is designed for professionals looking for an effective and durable solution for intensive spraying of larger areas without the need for constant refills. The gun uses a High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) system that guarantees high transfer efficiency with minimal waste and excessive paint dispersion.

Unlike conventional guns with upper or lower canister, the SGM502 is designed for direct connection to an external paint reservoir - using a material hose with G1/4" thread. This solution is ideal when spraying large surfaces where the volume of a conventional gun canister is insufficient or would put unnecessary strain on the operator's hand.

The body of the gun is made of durable die-cast aluminium, which makes it robust and relatively lightweight at the same time. The silicone-free design also allows use in applications with high demands on environmental cleanliness, such as painting plastics, automotive parts or wooden furniture.

The gun is equipped with precise control of colour, air and beam shape, allowing ideal adaptation to the specific material and working conditions. The air connection is made with a standard DN7.2 quick coupling, so it can be easily connected to an existing pneumatic system.

Using the SGM502 gun:
